Selling only because rider is going off to College! $14,000 OBO - Corvino "Vinnie" is a big, beautiful, sound horse that has lots of experience in various disciplines. Branded Holsteiner, both parents imported from Germany. He has a correct jump, automatic lead changes with an uphill balance and a gorgeous canter rhythm. He is really fun to ride. Vinnie is sweet, handsome, and a careful horse who is slowing down a bit in the jumping arena. He trailers, clips, holds for the farrier, is perfect in the cross ties - NO vices. Shoes: He has been very well maintained with regular vet exams, joint injections and healthy feed. He came to us underweight and now is at the perfect weight. We have several copies of X-rays taken, vet reports since we have owned him. Vinnie has been an avid competitor for many years, including several (2012 - 2014) qualifiers for the Championship Show at GSDHJA. His love is in the jumper arena, cross-country courses, trail riding and some beginner barrel racing. He has had training in Eventing, jumpers, and is a dressage prospect. We are sad to let him go but have faith that there is another confident rider who will love him and ride him well. All offers will be considered.

We are owners of CORVINO - we purchased Vinnie in 2015 after my daughter leased him for 6 months. Vinnie had fallen in love with his rider and our rider fell equally in love with him. My daughter rides him 5 or 6 days a week but is going off to college and has found that time to ride is getting more and more difficult. We take very good care of our "Vinnie" and he gets regular vet care, and weekly training.

All offers will be considered. His asking price is below market value but we want a loving, good, healthy home for Vinnie more than we want a "big" price. We live in Solana Beach, CA and keep Vinnie at a lovely stable in Poway, CA called Peppertree Farms Equestrian.
