Reina was bred for dressage. She is by the fabulous Grand Prix Stallion Leonberg out of a Rohdiamant/Rubinstein mare. She has a wonderful work ethic and is always eager to please. She is a sweet mare on the ground and loves to be groomed. Reina has shown First and Second Level this spring with an AA, with scores in the mid to high 60s, with nice comments from the judges on her gaits and potential. Her medium/extended trot and canter are highlights for her. She is schooling half passes, and the changes are coming but not yet confirmed. She has 3 correct gaits that are comfortable to sit. She gives a nice feeling in the hand and is naturally built to go round. She also loves to jump and work out in the field, or on the trail. Reina would be best suited for a confident JR/YR or AA who wants to pursue dressage or eventing. She is a forward thinking mare, so would not recommend her for a timid rider. She stands for the farrier, loads, cross ties, lunges, has no vices and requires no maintenance. Can live outside 24/7 or be in a stall part time. Current clean X-Rays on file. She also has State Premium Eligibility if ever in the future one considers breeding her.
