I am a 65 year old woman, returning to riding after about 30 years out of the saddle. My husband and I have bought a very nice Morgan gelding who rides and drives. We are taking driving lessons and I am taking riding lessons. We are looking for a companion to him that is a well-trained dressage pony. Want 14-15 or so hands tall. Our boy is dressage trained to training/1st level. Looking for something trained through 2nd level or so. I would like to show and have a horse that can quickly take me to 1st/2nd level. Could be a retired horse, but not too old. Our boy is 10 years old.

I recently lost my heart horse to colic; back to back surgeries 3 days apart—it was the most heart breaking thing I’ve had to go through. I know I can never replace him, but I’m ready to make a new bond and get back to working towards my goals, ultimately FEI. Hoping to find another forever unicorn horse. I am a 20yr old aspiring Dressage rider who needs a trained, patient, and honest seat to help teach me the ropes of the Dressage universe starting at the Training level. After 12 years of off and on again Huntseat instruction, I have found my passion to be Dressage. I have a gracious Grand Prix Trainer/Instructor who would love to take me on as a student. I am a working student at a top quality dressage facility where my partner in crime would be boarded. With only 2 other horses in the barn, ultimate 24/7 care would be provided. I would be more than happy to send any photos of the facility as well as provide any character/vet references needed. I would be honored to work with any horse that is placed with us. My trainer would like a Warmblood who is trained to at least 4th level between 8 and 12 years of age, around 16hh, however, we would be extremely grateful to have the opportunity to work with any Schoolmaster.
