AMR The Kid Is Cool “Zeke”
2020 Gypsian (Friesian x Gypsy Vanner) Gelding. Zeke stands 14.3-15hh with some growing left to do. He is dual registered in the Gypsian book with FHH (Friesian Heritage Horse) and GHRA (Gypsy Horse Registry of America). He has had 60 days professional training and has continued under saddle with me since. Zeke goes walk, trot, canter and is working on his lateral movements. He is not spooky, but is green and change is new for him so sometimes he needs a good look at new environments. I do not believe he will be a spooky horse with more miles. He can be heavy in the mouth as he is still figuring out his balance, therefore he needs a confident or experience amateur who knows how to correct him when he gets heavy and is able to help him balance at faster gaits. He is not for kids or a beginner at this time.
Zeke loads, bathes, ties and trims. He is up to date on shots and deworming. He has no vices and is fairly docile in a group setting and lives with a group of mares. I have rode Zeke in various arenas and outside but I have not taken him to the trails yet. Before he leaves he will have some trail riding experience and will have crossed bridges and water. He has the movement for dressage and would excel in a dressage home.
Zeke will continue his training with me a couple times a week until sold.
