This eye catching dark mahogany brown gelding, has lots of chrome with four socks & a blaze. Ambush was originally sold as a yearling in 2009 and boarded here at Woodhaven Farms. Due to family circumstances the owner was unable to continue with his purchase so Ambush has become available for sale again.

Bushy is a very personable, easygoing, bold & curious fellow and is always around wanting to know if something is going on that he has to participate in. He has beautiful fluid movement & and will certainly have the temperament, the jump, the talent and looks for a great career as a hunter. Estimate of his mature height is 16.1 to 16.2hh.

Bushman's dam, Evening Shade, is by the Dutch stallion Eastern Ruler (G. Ramiro Z) who has produced Grand Champion horses at the Toronto Royal, and Top Ranked Hunters and Dressage Champions in the U.S. and Canada. Evey's dam has produced some very good horses including Bordeaux, multiple Dressage Champion & Isis, a successful amateur jumper.

Bushman's sire the approved Hanoverian stallion, Autocrat, was imported from the Celle State Stud, Germany. His oldest offspring turned 5 yrs old in 2010. He sired the 2010 USDF Horse of the Year Materiale 4 or 5 yr old mare, 2 Toronto Royal Governor General's Cup Reserve Champions (2008 & 2010), 2010 Toronto Royal 5th place horse in the Lieutenant Governor's Cup, Hack Champions, Provincial Dressage Champions, and young hunters starting their careers with good ribbons in their first classes.
