Apollo ("Ollie") is a stunning pure bred Spanish horse with the looks and movement to accomplish great things! He has so much suspension and expression and naturally goes into the correct topline. This sweet boy had never had consistency in his training until he came to me in the fall, so even though his heart is in the right place he is a still bit unsure about things. He has made leaps and bounds since I have been riding him, because he is very smart and learns quickly. He is not a naughty horse, just unsure. He is very willing and tries hard but currently needs a rider who can give him confidence and direction due to his insecurities. He is a total blast to ride! I have trail ridden Ollie and he is much more confident outside than in the arena. He is willing to lead on the trail and is like an SUV who will go through anything. Ollie has so much talent for the FEI work, he just needs someone who has experience and who will take the time to develop him correctly. Ollie is a super expressive mover and gives his rider a nice feel in the bridle. He is so naturally uphill! This horse can sit in the collected work to a degree that is very rare. I adore this guy, I just do not have the ability to give him much time this year and he really needs consistency.
