Apollo, an 8 year old, 16.2H imported Irish Sport Horse, is schooling 2nd and 3rd level dressage, and is capable of a clean change both directions. He has show experience as an event horse, but has recently made a career change to dressage. He earned a 71 & 74% at this first USDF show, and was a pleasure to ride and handle throughout the weekend. He trail rides through the woods around the farm, hacks out, and is still happy to jump. He has a very comfortable, uphill canter and plenty of suspension in his trot. Apollo has no vices or injuries, straight legs and good feet, and is happy both in turn out and stall. You won't find an easier horse to live with and to handle in the barn, he is very calm and gentle. He's perfect for an AA or JR who would like to work toward their Bronze Medal, but also wants a "best friend" type horse who enjoys his grooming and loves spending time with his person.
