"Appi" is a barn favorite! He schools 3rd and 4th level comfortably but he does anything you ask willingly!! He is an absolute blast to ride with a more go than whoa attitude. Sensitive and light off of the leg which means often you just get to sit and look pretty! He travels well and enjoys trail riding, hacking out and jumping small jumps on cross training days. He is very safe (even small children can ride him) and bonds strongly with his rider! He has safely carried his current owner while she has learned the basics of dressage but unfortunately she is just to tall for him. We have tried very hard to make it work but they just physically aren't suited to one another. He has shown with his beginner AA (Training Level) and his previous JR owner (1st thru 3rd Level). I showed him Training Level August 2017 just to get him a couple of confidence rides in the show ring and he was very competitive in the open division. If he is not sold he will be shown 3rd level in January. He is best with a confident rider in the show ring. Extremely comfortable gaits to sit on and he is a super sport about his rider learning on him. He will accept mistakes without issue and would even be suited to an older AA who just wants a fun, kind horse to learn on! He enjoys turnout and gets along well with everyone! His owners loss is your gain! Currently building strength back for the higher level work after being a learning vehicle for his AA for the last 2 and 1/2 years. "Appi" is a fantastic horse looking for a loving owner! Will vet flawlessly!
