Bacardi, or fondly called "B", is a lovely girl with loads of personality. Last spring we started with ground work and voice commands, then saddled her up and started her. Bacardi was walking, stopping, steering and turning in the round pen, all with a can-do attitude. We worked just once since spring, late last year, where she picked right up where we left off and happily went through the paces. She's a really neat prospect for someone to bring along.

As a yearling, Bacardi was a ribbon winner in good company at Devon, Upperville, Warranton and the Sallie B Wheeler class. She was well behaved, stayed braided over night, trailered easily, and is well prepared for a future as a show horse.

Bacardi moves pretty like a hunter but would also love to be someone's jumper or even an eventer. She adores jumping and has lots of scope and height to do whatever discipline you choose.

Bacardi's sire Banderas is known for his very good jump and lovely disposition. Her dam, Whiskey Rose, was in the top ten at her keuring for free jumping. She had a short career as an event horse and has currently produced three premium Oldenburgs.

Bacardi has a fun, silly personality. She's very healthy, with huge dapples. She's an easy keeper, has good feet, and a clean health record. She's always kept on routine deworming and farrier care, as well as up to date on her vaccinations.
