BALI ++/ is a talented and extremely rideable young mare. In 2014 she earned 4 achievement awards within the Arabian Horse Association including her Legion of Supreme Merit. She is naturally balanced, with excellent rhythm. Very amateur friendly. She was started lightly as a 4y.old in 2013 and showed successfully in hand and under saddle. She already has multiple Regional and National championships. Bali++/ shows strong ability as a dressage or hunter type with excellent cadence and quick, active hind leg. She shows promise for the upper level movements with lots of sit and strong ability for collection. Professionally started and currently in training with Amber Wilson. Schooling second level movements at home.

Bali is a wonderful partner for the future. She clips, bathes, hauls, lunges, hacks out, stands quietly for the farrier (hot or cold shoeing). Sound, clean legs, UTD on everything, no vices. Talented enough for a professional at the National level but kind and safe enough for an amateur. This mare is ready to go any direction.

SIRE: Baladin d'Oc (1989-2010)
Baladin d’Oc was bred by Olympic gold medalist Bernard Chevalier, and completed his stallion testing at Adelheidsdorf in 1993 scoring an overall 91.90, a dressage index of 109.44, and a jumping index of 74.79, including 9’s for walk and trot; 8’s for character, temperament, willingness and ability to work. He was licensed by the Hanoverian Verband in 1994 and recorded with AHS in 2008. Baladin d’Oc was also licensed with the North American Selle Francais Association and ISR/Oldenburg N.A.

Despite a family rich with international show jumpers and eventers, Baladin d’Oc himself competed in dressage through Prix St. Georges with professional and Adult Amateur riders with scores to 66.5%. He was also the Selle Francais USDF All-Breeds Horse of the Year at Third and Fourth Levels. Baladin d’Oc has two AHS-registered offspring, both born in 2009.

This multi-national champion producing Anglo-Arabians mare successfully showed on the Arabian breed show circuit competing in the Hunter Pleasure Division before retiring as a broodmare. She has produced 5 outstanding foals who continue to impress us with their athletic ability and strong conformation.
