Barlow has been blessed with a wonderful pedigree. Though bred for dressage by Belissimo M/Desperados/Wolkentanz 1/Lysander, he also seems to have a very nice jump for the hunter world. Barlow is a majestic 17hh liver chestnut, with a heart of gold. His character and temperament are outstanding. He truly is a great guy to be around and work with. A very relaxed horse, no spook, buck or rear, always ready to work, whether in the arena or outside on a hack. He has quite big movements with an active hindleg. He should have good capabilities to collect at a later stage of training. Correct, with good legs and conformation. Started as a 4 year old, due to allowing him to grow into his body. Now in full time professional training, he is learning and improving daily. Quite good on the aids and accepting the contact, Barlow seems to always be in rhythm. He is starting some lateral work and has a green hunter change. He has been off the farm and trailers well.
