I am regrettably offering for sale BB Sonata 2009 Half-Arabian Gelding 15.3 hands. HAHR 1A370198. Sonata is a beautiful warmblood cross, DeNiro grandson by DeNoir. He has the movement that makes him competitive in both Arabian breed dressage and Open Breed. He is a forward thinking horse and has big drive from behind and a big bold canter. He has a great, light feel in the bridle, he really stretches into the connection. He has shown very successfully and has a very good show record already through first level, usually high 60’s and into the 70’s. Unfortunately, due to time and finances, I have not been able to give him the consistent training that he deserves or have been able to do as much competition to give him even more success. His half-brother (out of the same Arabian Mare) by DeNiro, BB Charlamagne, was 2013 National Champion in Second Level Open and Champion Half-Arab Sporthorse Show Hack Open. Also, Sonata’s half-sister, BB Gisele, is competing at Intermediate II and Grand Prix. I know with the right rider Sonata has the potential to follow in their footsteps.
