More detailed info below...**“Bella” is super fancy and looking for a great new home, and is available here in the Tryon, NC/ Landrum, SC area at an extremely low price for her quality due to the fact that he needs a special person to continue her training. She is a 6 year old Hanoverian mare (sired by Bugatti Hilltop out of a Liberty Gold Mare) standing at 15.2 hands, black. She is an outstanding mover with spectacular gaits for dressage. She has a few quirks that make her a horse for only a very experienced rider/ horse person. Under saddle she is not spooky but does need a firm and confident rider or she can get an attitude about going forward. I started her under saddle for the clients as a 4 y.o. and she was really easy. But she went out to Colorado for a year and hated it there, and got to where she would pace badly in her stall (they barely had any turnout) and wouldn't go forward under saddle. She will still sometimes not want to go forward under saddle, but you just have to be firm. She does well with a good strong dressage rider who isn't afraid to smack her butt forward if she gets testy. She will kick out/ buck when you get after her about the forward. She has to be turned out more or less 24/7 or else she will pace in her stall. She gets along great with other horses. She also had some ocd lessons removed from fetlocks and hocks when she was 3. We did current X-rays and the hocks look good, she does have a spur on the left hock that may need maintenance down the road if she is working really hard.
