Amateur dream horse that anyone can have fun with. Despite his size and big movment, Ben is light in the hand and gives a very secure feeling under saddle. More whoa than go. Ben is great at new places and is about about to make his 3rd level debut. The changes have only recently been introduced and coming along well. With his impressive canter I suspect they will be a highlight for him. Started and brought along by a young rider. No buck, bolt or rear, about as bomb proof as a horse can be. Loves to hack out along or with groups. Easy keeper, puppy dog personality...loves everyone and everything. His super temperament is his biggest strength. He can have days off, wind, cold and he's super. I hacked him down the road in Florida by myself as a 5 year old no issues. Easy to clip, load, lunge, etc. Perfect for vet and farrier. He has been ridden by kids and amateurs in lessons and is a saint. Shown first level a few times last year and is a great traveler. Always very healthy no maintenance. He is a tall boy but not that wide. I'm 5'6 and petite. I have owned him since a foal and only selling as I prefer a hot sensitive type horse. Everyone loves him, he is going to make someone very happy. He has siblings out of the same dam competing FEI and obviously his sire also produced the Olympic gold medal/ previous world #1 mare Bella Rose ridden by Isabel Werth. I think he has lots if potential for the upper levels.
Ben is a mild cribber controlled with a collar. Price reflects some findings on xrays. Full set on file
