“Bermuda Sunrise RPR” or Henry is a buckskin gelding by Bacardi GES and out of a Westphalian approved TB mare. He is friendly and has an easy going temperament. He is bound to get you noticed with his gorgeous golden colour and markings. He has the big floaty movements for the dressage ring and could also take you into the hunters, jumpers or even low level eventing.
Henry as a foal was very curious, he sought out new objects and places on his own. He is a quick learner, eager to please and is brave so should have a bright future ahead of him. Currently stands 16.3h and is expected to mature over 17h.
Owner has known and worked with Henry since almost day one so finding him the right home is important. He is still young so we are looking for an experienced person who can help him develop into an outstanding citizen and show horse in any of the disciplines. He is good to catch, often self loads on a trailer, can live in or out, clips, bathes, is good for the farrier and vet, and is up to date on feet, dental and vaccines. Henry currently wears front shoes. He is broke to ride, walk trot canter, and was trained by a professional on the Development Squad, 2023 Canada Eventing Team.
He has shown off property many times at fall fairs and even attended his first Trillium show last summer and handled it amazingly.
He is registered and microchipped with Westfalen NA. Despite being in the awkward yearling growth stage during his inspection, he had positive comments and was said to be the “most quiet and well behaved yearling seen”.
