Big Idea is big fun! He has an uphill, collectable and extendable canter as well as a big, powerful trot. He has a solid work ethic and tries his heart out, and has the same focus at home as he does at clinics and shows. Currently in full training with German-born, USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medalist and USDF Certified Instructor to Fourth Level. He loves attention and affection, and has a personality that an Adult Amateur or JR/YR would have a blast training and showing him! Big Idea is out of a Fleming mare by Iron Springs Farm stallion Consul. He was bred, trained and shown up through Third level by one owner, and presents the talent and trainability for a JR/YR or an Adult Amateur to enjoy wearing a tailcoat at Prix St. Georges! Sadly for sale due to owner’s back pain. He does get nervous and paces in his stall if he is the last one left in his barn while horses are getting turned out, but otherwise stands quietly for grooming, and the farrier. He is a favorite at the farm and they will be sad to see him go!
