Bubba is looking for a lower level dressage or main ring or trail home. He is an exceptional Equitation horse with super smooth gaits, receiving several 8s from dressage judges. Earning scores to 71% @ 2nd level, plus he is safe and sane on trails and over obstacles. Suitable for AA or Jr, or a confident beginner in a program, might even be a good lesson horse...
Personality plus, this guy loves to be groomed, stands quietly for clippers like it’s a massage, can be given shots without a halter in his stall, bathes calmly, self loads into trailer, stands quietly for farrier, easy keeper with a little maintenance. Splint surgery in 2018 and check ligament desmotomy as a foal left scars but are hardly noticible, but he should NOT JUMP.
Best suited for lower level dressage, trails, Equitation, sport horse under saddle or western dressage. Correctly trained in dressage since he was 3 by AA/owner under the purview of Gold Medalist coaches.
He could help someone learn dressage up to 2nd level with his fabulous smooth, easy to sit, correct gaits. And he is very patient with mistakes, not bombproof but very sensible. He is an honest 16.3 big bodied dude. Rider in video and photos is 6’ tall.
Several AHA Regional championships, National SH top 10, 2015 USDF All Breeds Award Champion AA-HAHR Training level. He is very competitive at Training and 1st level in Open to all breeds shows.

Bubba sustained a flesh wound 12/8 on his stifle and both hind patterns trying to escape his pasture. He will need a few months to heal and is currently on stall rest until the wounds close up. He is being offered for a re-homing situation to someone with time and patience to slowly bring him back into work. As of Jan. 3 he graduated to :30 minutes of walking in hand or tack walking. His recovery is going better than anticipated so his price will go up as he goes back to work. Please email or text if you are interested in helping him through this challenge.
