Hudson is a solidly built, 17 hand flashy dapple grey gelding. In your pocket type of horse, who loves to be around people. No vices. Easy to handle, excellent ground manners. This horse is a barn favourite wherever he goes, and is truly a pleasure to have around.

Currently being leased and shown successfully by a 14 year old junior rider. They started off the season in May winning Champion in the 0.85m division and placing in the 0.9m their first time out, and have moved up into the 1.0m. This horse is game and loves to jump! Very fun to ride. He has scope for much more, and is schooling 1.2m easily.

Very well schooled on the flat, he is sensitive to all of the aids. Schools at home in a snaffle bridle. Solid collection, extension and lateral work. Nice enough movement on the flat that he could certainly go into eventing.

Hudson is careful over fences. He has been exposed to both traditional and derby jumper courses. He has also been extensively trail ridden including overnight camping trips, and is brave through water, ditches, and bush.

Hudson is an athletic, forward type ride well suited for a confident junior or adult amateur. He hasn't put a foot wrong with his current junior rider who adores him.

Hudson is well bred, from many prominent jumping lines through both his sire and dam line. Quidam de Revel, Landgraf, Capitano, Burggraaf, Cor de la Bryere, Ramiro, Alme. He was the highest scoring foal at the 2012 Canadian Warmblood foal futurity.
