Angharad has internationally renowned Welsh Cob bloodlines. Her imported sire Trefaes Mabon Victor is by Fronarth Victor, who had multiple Royal Welsh wins including reserve George Prince of Wales Cup winner to his dam, Fronarth Boneddiges. Fronarth Victor sired the 2010 George Prince of Wales Cup winner Haighmoor Glain. Fronarth Victor’s sire Ebbw Victor was one of the most sought-after stallions in the history of the breed, winning among many other top awards, the George Prince of Wales Cup.

Angharad’s imported dam, Nantgwinau Samantha, is by Derwen Desert Express, sire of George Prince of Wales Cup producer Crugybar Mabon Mai. Derwen Desert Express descends from Derwen Railway Express, Nebo Black Magic (George Prince of Wales Cup winner), and Pentre Eiddwen Comet (George Prince of Wales Cup winner). Samantha is half-sister to George Prince of Wales Cup winners Fronarth Model Lady and Fronarth Super Model.
