Cassendro, aka Cass, (Cassini II x Contendro x Escudo I) is a 2007 16h Hanoverian Gelding. He is a super jumper prospect for the future. He is by Cassini II, out of an Elite Contendro x Escudo I Hanoverian mare in the Jumper Breeding Program who is a successful jumper with her amateur owner. He is extremely agile, balanced, and athletic, and is an intelligent and sensitive horse. He is a very impressive and careful young horse, and his superb technique and scope draws attention everywhere he goes. He has show mileage and placings up to 3'6-3'9 thus far and will be brought along carefully to maximize his potential. Cass has plenty of scope and has starting participating in the 5yo Young Jumper classes this. He is very careful so we are maximizing his mileage to continue building his confidence over bigger fences.

This youngster is a real talent for the future. He is compact and catty while still having tons of jump and plenty of stride. Top class prospect with the athleticism and breeding to back it up. Easy enough for ambitious Jr or Am to bring along, but ability enough for any Pro. Has been shown at several rated shows up to 3'9 with carefulness and scope, and has also shown locally up to 3'6-3'9. Recent placings at A shows in 5yo YJC class and AA Jumpers including 4th out of 40 in a competitive Adult Amateur Jumper class. This horse is FUN, quick, catty, careful, and very well started. He is adjustable and a joy to ride and handle. Cass garners a lot of attention at every show he goes to for his beautiful looks and his superb technique over fences. He will jump around the 3'6" and win all day, or will move up in time to make up to a Low AO horse (1.20m) with scope to spare.
