Choco is a 15.3HH Irish Sport horse Warmblood Gelding born 2015, sired by Irish Sport Horse King’s Ransom, out of an imported Argentinian Warmblood jumper mare.

Choco had a late start, but is developing into a well rounded and eager Hunter/X-Country/Jumper Prospect and has just started doing the basics in Dressage. This is the perfect “all arounder”!

Having had a pro start him for his first year, he has since been ridden consistently by young amateurs doing fun outings like cross country & trails. He has demonstrated his ability and willingness to be versatile over and over, and is a joy to ride.

Choco shows that he enjoys jumping with a great attitude and ride-ability. With a smooth trot, balanced canter and lofty easy jump style. Choco easily does small courses, hacks out on the trail alone or in company, exudes bravery like his father on the cross country field and shows a natural affinity for it.

Soft in the mouth and sensible to the aids - Choco is an uncomplicated ride with a respectful temperament. He loves to try and makes a wonderful partner. Choco would excel in any jumping discipline and the lower levels in dressage.

He is well suited for a young or older amateur rider.
