NO LONGER FOR SALE owner has decided to keep him
Cliff was started late in life, not being backed until 8 years of age due to breeders lack of time and resources.
He has been going very well under saddle and has been professionally trained into the dressage discipline for the past 4 months. He recently went to his first off property competition (competing in the intro level) and received great scores, winning the division. He is currently schooling training level. He has three excellent quality gaits and is starting to school his laterals with lovely expression. With a great flat foundation, he is now learning to jump with ease and has the stride to easily cover the lines and the work ethic to go to the top in the hunter discipline.
Cliff has a great personality once he has warmed up and created a bond with his people. He requires a knowledgeable, confident rider, because of the sheer size of him, and he can get nervous in new surroundings/new people. The more exposure he gets, the better he has been performing. He has gained a lot more confidence in the past 4 months and is now ready for a partner to bring him to the top.
Cliff lunges, ties, bathes, loads, stands to mount and enjoys hacking - great alone or with others.
He is great for equine professionals (vet., farrier), UTD on farrier,(excellent feet, barefoot), vaccines, deworming. No vices, no maintenance. Has ample turnout during the day with geldings and lives in at night.
He is located in Bishopville, Nova Scotia, Canada. If you are a professional, trainer seeking a high level quality prospect to bring up the levels or as an investment, or are an experienced, confident AA in a program - He is your guy! Asking $40,000.00 Canadian
