Imported from Germany in 2018, Colonell is a 2012 16.3hh registered Holsteiner gelding. He did the 1.25m in Europe, and since moving to the U.S. has successfully competed up to training level eventing and in the low Hunters. At his first recognized hunter show, he entered the ring with NO PREP and won Reserve Champion in the low hunters at CFHJA! Naturally brave to the jumps. Very fancy and easy on the flat. AUTO lead changes. He would make a fantastic winner in the Hunter, Derby, and Equitation rings.

Colonell is extremely competitive in every discipline he competes in. Fancy and athletic enough to do straight dressage as well. Easily scores in the 20s in dressage at eventing shows. Clean lead changes. He is super willing and always aims to please.

He is a quick learner and enjoys his job. He would make for an outstanding young rider’s horse. Loves attention, loves to be pet, loves to be around people. "In your pocket" is an understatement, as you can tell in the last picture ;)

He is by Connor (Casall) and also has Cor de la Bryere in his sire line. Dam is by Lansing (Landgraf I).
