Consalto (born 06/2016) is athletic, correct, modern and has a beautiful type and expression. He has a fantastic canter and gallop with natural lead changes and a strong engine. This mare's foals generally mature 16-16.2, and he's looking like he'll fall into that range. He's particularly outgoing and enjoys people and attention.

Consalto's sire, Cassini II (Capitol) has over 40 offspring competing at 1.40m or better. He's the full brother of Cassini I and passes along the Capitol rideability but makes offspring that are more modern than Cassini I. His pedigree is a sure hit for jumping success. He was 3rd in his performance test in Holstein but was injured shortly thereafter.

Consalto's mother, Nyx, did the young jumpers before becoming a broodmare due her bloodlines and performance proven motherline. Nyx's mother, Quidamselle, jumped internationally, including in the Pan Am Games. Quidamselle's mother, Genevieve, also jumped internationally, including in the Sydney Olympics. Genevieve's mother is also the mother of two approved sons - Frohwind and Furiano.

Nyx's sire, Voltaire, jumped at the top of the sport with a sensational career, then had similar results as a sire. Quidam de Revel was the #1 producer of international jumpers in 2003 and 2004, including having 10 offspring in the WEG in 2002, plus he finished 4th in the Olympics. Galoubet won gold in the Olympics in 1982 and sired such stars as Baloubet du Rouet and Quick Star.

Consalto's stacked pedigree has the who's who of showjumping, but he also has the performance in his damline to back it up.
