Simon is a been there, done that horse without being a dead head. He has a fantastic work ethic and tries his heart out no matter what the task. Currently he is being trained and shown at First and Second level dressage by an AA, but he has experience jumping and showing up to 3'6" and eventing through Novice level. He prefers dressage, hunters, and jumpers to eventing. He was most recently jumped to 2'9" in October 2015 (after not jumping for a year) and was wonderful for a hunter type rider and then stepped it up for a jumper type rider right after. We focus on dressage so he hasn't been jumped much since we've had him, but he's super easy to jump and is very tolerant of mistakes.

This would be the ideal horse for an amateur or junior that wants a fancy horse for dressage (gaits are consistently 6.5-7 no matter how badly the rider messes up) but would like to also go to a hunter/jumper show and do well.

No buck, no bite, no kick, no rear, no crib, excellent ground manners, self loads, middle of the pack in a herd,etc. Never been injected, not on supplements currently, raced once when he was 4 years old so eligible for TIPs awards. Low mileage type of guy. Currently pasture kept but does well in stalls too.

Simon is in shape and most recently was shown at the busy HDS show Jan 21-22 in Katy, TX with his AA rider (who had never shown at a recognized show or above Training level). He'd love to be your new partner and hit the ground running this spring!
