Damiana is a 2008 Dutch Warmblood Filly by the Olympic Grand Prix Dressage “Horse of the Year” Idocus—Out of Versailles—a Champion Ster mare who received her Keur Eligibility and has thrown all 1st Premium children. Versailles is by the Olympic Legendary Ferro and is out of Ster mare Nirvana—known for throwing 1st Premium and top ten foals. At the 2008 Keuring Damiana received 1st Premium and had top 10 finishes at Dressage at Devon Breed Show. In 2009 Damiana was winner of the yearling fillies and the KWPN Breed Class at the VADA/NOVA Breed Show and took home the High Score KWPN Award. Damiana placed 2nd in the yearling fillies and was winner of the KWPN Breed Class at the NCDCTA Sport Horse Breed Show—and again had top 10 finishes at Dressage at Devon Breed Show. Finishing overall in the 2009 USDF standings in 9th place—Damiana also finished 3rd in the KWPN Yearling Fillies for 2009. Damiana just won in her first Hunter Breed Show-- Sandhills Spring Classic --May 20, 2010-- and was Reserve Champion Best Young Hunter --with great comments from both judges.

Damiana’s full brother Bourbon was approved into Stallion Book 1 with the RPSI – and was 1st Premium and 1st Place for Hunters with the KWPN-NA as a 2 year old. He was sold as a 3 year old Stallion in the Spring of 2009.
