Datacha's oldest sister, Weltina Ster, earned Ster, Top Dressage mare and Top Ten in the NA Keuring 2 years before as well. And on the other side of things her other 1/2 sister by Olympic Concorde is being ridden by a Grand Prix jumper rider. It's PROVEN in the genes. Datacha can take you where ever you want to go!!!
Datacha is a breathtaking filly full of charisma and ‘look at me’ presence. She will make you stop in your tracks! She is a long legged beauty with a wonderful temperament and she moves just as effortless as her sire and dam with springs on her hooves! Will mature to 16.2hh or more…she is a big girl with the most beautiful expression.
Her breeding is where dreams begin ~ Balou du Rouet x Olympic Ahorn ~ both grandsires, Baloubet du Rouet and Ahorn, carry the prestigious Olympic name. Quality is in the genes. Datacha’s sire Balou du Rouet has a picture perfect career: after winning one young horse class after another and gaining marks up to 10.0 in his 30-day test, Balou du Rouet successfully “landed” at the 1.50m level. Already in 2005 he caught everyone’s attention by scoring the highest mark of 9.2 at the national championships, making him one of Germany’s top 4 licensed stallions. His enormous jumping talent, combined with great elastic gaits and a fascinating charisma make Balou du Rouet an exciting choice for the breeders of sports horses. Once again, Balou du Rouet emphasizes his dominant quality as a producer in type, elegance and movement, with numerous foals at many different auctions. He continuously produces finalists for the German foal championships. Offspring of Balou du Rouet have been approved at almost every stallion licensing – most notably the licensed “BE BRAVO”, who sold for € 350.000 as the most expensive horse of the 2007 AOS auction. His number of approved sons has amounted to over ten stallions. As a descendant of Baloubet du Rouet - gold medallist at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and an incredible three-times successive World Cup Champion – he has one of the most successful jumping stallions on the international scene in his pedigree. His grand sire Galoubet is a son of the great stallion Almé and was already an international success at the young age of seven. He won team gold in 1982 at the World Championships. On the dam’s side, Balou du Rouet is directly related to the founder of the bloodline, Cor de la Bryere, from Holstein through Rantzau xx. The offspring of the dam’s sire, Continue, achieved lifetime earnings of over € 230.000. Numerous licensed stallions are descendents from the dam line. Balou du Rouet – the future has begun with impressive achievements as a producer!
Datacha’s dam, Sacha Prok, is by the famous stallion Olympic Ahorn. Ahorn competed at top International level consistently placed in World Cups and Grand Prix competitions representing the Netherlands in Nations Cup competitions and was short-listed for the Barcelona Olympics, which earned him the prefix 'Olympic'. Ahorn is descended from one of the famous Holstein Families, no. 242 and is related to Joost, Alcatraz and Locarno. His mother produced 4 approved stallions and so far 3 international showjumpers. Ahorn's offspring continue the success with a number of progeny competing at International level. These include Tinto, Feisal, Eleva, Anadolu Foxfire, Nissan High Valley Z, Dutch Champion and placed at Grand Prix, Gerwin, Smiley, Australie 2000 winning at Grand Prix level and top seven year old in Austria, VDL Miss Ahorn, Dublin 3, Stella, Grandriver, Jerremy, V "&"L Chanel (winning and placed numerous times at Grand Prix), Greco, Hendo, Furore, Giny, Hattrick, Ivoor and Iron (also wins at Grand Prix) to name a few. Ian Millar's Grand Prix jumper, Promise Me's, damsire is also Olympic Ahorn. Olympic Ahorn is also the sire of Feizal (Mario Deslauriers), Eurocommerce Geneve (10th at the 2003 World Cup Final) and Iron (represented Italy in the 2000 Olympics). Ahorn is also grandsire of Karolus K who is ridden by Melissa Brown. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Dutch Breeding, Ahorn, whose progeny have earned over $1,000,000 in prize money, has been awarded keur status by the KWPN.
