‘Daize’ is a 2013 (9 years old) Dutch Harness / Cobb cross mare standing 15.2h. She is currently walk/trot/canter with good understanding of contact, roundness and moving off the inside leg. Light in the bridle, responds very well to the aids, and very smooth/comfortable to sit. Three impressive gaits with a great hind leg. Naturally well balanced and is a fantastic movement, just needs more strength and ‘wet saddle pads’!

Confident horse that is more sensitive and reactive to the aids than dull. Not super wide in the barrel, rider is 5’7. Would be an excellent horse to take in any direction but clearly has a special talent for dressage. Given that she is still fairly green, she currently goes her best when in a consistent training program.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a project horse, as all she needs is more time and consistent training and she will fly up the levels. Owner bought Daize for the purpose of her becoming her personal riding/show horse, but unfortunately due to a sudden change of circumstances for her owner she must find a new home. She is not registered, owner was more interested in a horse that has great capability, style, and potential! :)

Very sweet personality and loves attention. Always comes walking or running up to you in the pasture when she sees you - she is a people person! Good ground manners and in grooming stall, tacking up, picking feet etc. Good for farrier. Great loading onto trailer! Has been on trail rides with current owner and behaved very well.

UTD on all vaccinations, Coggins etc. Currently barefoot and on 24/7 turnout with a buddy. Never had any soundness/lameness or health issues. No maintenance past or present, and not on any supplements, etc. Zero vices.

X-rays on file from vetting that was done when owner purchased in November, including back x-rays, all clean!
