Deja Rouge, also know a 'Finn' is a lovely, big moving, leggy red dun gelding. He is the culmination of some of the best-known, biddable GRP lines such as Dornik B, FS Golden Highlight and Power Boy. His sire and dam, both imported from Europe, were intentionally selected for their easy-going, well mannered character and physical talents; this is evident in Finn's easy going nature and exceptionally uphill, swinging gaits.

Nov 2024: He unofficially measured 14.1 1/2H at 2.5 years of age. I expect he will finish over pony height. This past summer he experienced some significant growth and is leveling out now, finding the balance in himself. It is so rewarding to see how he continues to develop and mature. Recently gelded, we intentionally kept him in tact to maximize his development; his temperament was so easy going even as a stud colt! He has enjoyed his youthful years being turned out with our geldings on a 6 acre pasture, allowed to be a 'kid'. Over the winter, we plan to begin his school work with him to prepare him for a successful future with his new person.

At his inspection, he received a coveted 'Premium' score of 8.0. Registered with Westfalen NA, he has his USEF lifetime number and passport.
