Dacaprio produces exceptional impulsion, elasticity and modern type. Offspring are noted for outstanding rideability and trainability
"Dacaprio is just what our American riders are looking for when selecting a suitable stallion for their mares--he is remarkably consistent in passing on his outstanding gaits, beautiful, elegant conformation, and perhaps most importantly, his tremendous willingness and rideability to his offspring."
--Dr. Barbara Schmidt, DVM

State-Premium mare WALLIS
All her foals were Premium. 2 of them has been sold in the Hanoverian Elite Auction
What more can be said to Weltmeyer? He is already a legend: 1986 winner of the stallion licensing in Verden. 1987 winner of the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf. In the same year Weltmeyer also won the three-year-old stallions classification at the Federal Championships of Young German Riding Horses. In 1988 he was honoured in Verden as best stallion of his age-group and awarded with the "Freiherr von Stenglin-Prize". One year later he became DLG Champion 1989 in Frankfurt. And last but not least he became "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year" in 1998. Until today Weltmeyer has produced 76 licensed sons, all of them are excellent stallions.
Although renown as a dressage sire, Weltmeyer received a surprisingly high mark for jumping when he won his performance test at Adelheidsdorf with a dressage score of 143.94 – more surprisingly he had a jumping score of 141.44.
According to Dr Ludwig Christmann of the Hanoverian Verband: “Weltmeyer is one of those stallions that are born only rarely – Absatz, Bolero, Weltmeyer – they leave their mark on the offspring, they are timeless. It is just not possible to reproduce such a stallion, you can try to breed them, but everything has to click and fit for it to happen. He is the number one stallion.”
