Deseado is 16 hands, he just turned 15 year old this year and was imported from Spain and gelded in the summer of 2022. He is super sound and healthy and doesn’t need any maintenance despite the level he has been working on - that means a lot!
He is a total dream to ride, so much fun to learn from - he can teach you anything from tempis, to piaffe and passage, and even to do the Spanish walk. He is very patient, forgiving and bombproof. As easy to ride in a double as in a snaffle. Light in the hands and super comfy to sit.

He is slightly more of a forward ride, but never does anything bad, you can trust him to stay focused on you and gives you his best all the time.
He has above average gaits (clinicians always impressed with his quality and he can get 7.5 at his extensions). Deseado is getting ready for I-1 and has great talent for piaffe/passage and pirouette.
Successfully showed at Third, Fourth and PSG in the US, he has a ton of room to improve and could do high 60s/70s with the right rider. He loves to go to the show and is very safe and happy there. He always tries his heart out for his rider!
He also loves to hack, on the buckle, alone or in a group. He just walks into the trailer and waits patiently when it is time to get out. He gets along with anyone - horses, humans, sheep, dogs!
Healthy, always happy to work or to get pampered for hours. Very good x-rays from import on files (from a very picky US vet!).
