Deseado is 16 hands, he will be 15 year old this year and was imported from Spain and gelded in the summer of 2022.
He is a total dream to ride, so much fun to learn from - he can teach you anything from tempis, to piaffe and passage, and even to do the Spanish walk! He is very patient, forgiving and bombproof. As easy to ride in a double as in a snaffle. Light in the hands and super comfy to sit.
Perfect JYR horse, competent AA or a professional looking to further their education on a super fun smooth and safe horse!
He is more of a forward ride, but never does anything bad, you can trust him to stay focused on you and gives you his best all the time.
He has above average gaits (clinicians always impressed with his quality) and he is schooling all the PSG and working on 2s. Super talent for piaffe and passage.
He was a little tensed/felt stuck at shows in 2023, so his scores do not yet reflect his potential, but he still got steady in the 60s at Third level and he improved a 100% the three times he went and always stayed super, super safe and would be very easy to manage by anyone : he wants to please you no matter what you want to do with him - a total gentleman!
He also loves to hack, on the buckle, alone or in a group. He just walks into the trailer and waits patiently when it is time to get out. He gets along with anyone - horses, humans, sheep, dogs! He is very low maintenance, if at all. Healthy, always happy to work or to get pampered for hours. Very good x-rays from import on files (from a very picky US vet!).

Price will increase with 2024 show exposure - he has done ton of progress of suppleness and confidence since!
