Desiderata M (“Sid”) is a 2015 Hanoverian mare with a fabulous pedigree, excellent conformation, and willing personality.
Sid is a stellar dressage athlete with an unmatched work ethic. She is currently showing successfully at 2nd Level and schooling all 3rd Level movements. Her flying changes have been started and she is picking up on them quickly. With her quick hind leg and natural suspension, she dances around the arena with ease. Sid has numerous schooling and rated shows under her belt – including competing in the open show at Festival of Champions. She would be best suited for an ambitious adult amateur or professional looking to work their way up the levels with a dedicated equine partner. We love Sid and we know her new owner will love her too!
This dressage horse is solid inside AND outside of the arena! She is fun to take on trail rides and loves to stretch her legs outside of the arena. Her work ethic and desire to please her rider make her a fantastic partner and fun to train. Sid is forward thinking and sensitive to the aids. She requires someone with a soft, understanding hand and a steady seat.
Sid has excellent ground manners and has always been a barn favorite. She comes right to the gate when the trainer arrives and is always searching for attention! Her winning personality and silly facial expressions definitely set her apart from the rest. If you have been looking for that AA horse who has a solid foundation, great work ethic, sweet personality, and the potential to take you to your silver medal, Sid could be the mare for you!
