High Valley Hanoverians is pleased to offer for sale DESTRIA HVH, a lovely 16.2+H dark bay 2006 Hanoverian Elite Mare (Don Principe x EM Whitney / Welser). Destria is solid at 2nd Level, including clean changes and has recently started schooling 3rd Level. She is ready now for a 2013 show season at 2nd Level with an Adult Amateur or Young Rider.

Destria has 40 months of professional training with rock-solid dressage fundamentals and is ultra fit from our unique training method which Develops our Hanoverian Athletes in the Mind & the Body. She is ultra trainable (achieved an 8.5 for ridability in her Hanoverian Mare Performance Test)and has 3 excellent gaits including a walk with a 16-18" over track and a lovely easy-to-sit canter. She has a sweet, uncomplicated temperament with the right blend of sensitivity for invisible aids and forgiving/willing nature to work well with an amateur rider. In addition to her excellent work ethic in the dressage arena, Destria has lots of mountain trail and combined training experience as part of her fitness program and is FUN to ride. She is desensitized to just about everything including bikes, motorcycles, lawn mowers, tractors, weed eaters, tarps and creeks.

Destria is an Elite Hanoverian Mare, having passed her Hanoverian Mare Performance Test with a final score of 7.33 and produced a 2012 filly by Wamberto via Embryo Transfer so that Destria cold remain in performance training. Destria has a 2013 Rotspon foal on the way via another Embryo Transfer to a recipient mare.
