Diesel is a 2017 gelding by Diamond Stud. He has fabulous movement, excellent conformation and a personality like none other from day one. Easy, easy, easy! Diesel’s pedigree is filled with great stallions from Diamond Stud, Freestyle to the great Holsteiner stallion Cicero, by Cor de la Bryere. Diesel has a super quiet and loving personality perfect for an amatuer wanting to start a young horse. He halters, leads, stands for trims, takes shots and worming well, and trailers like a pro. In fact, he does everything that easy – a unique find in one so young. Diesel will be quite tall and likely will finish at 17+ hands (currently 17.2). He is in professional dressage training and is making great progress in his skill development. He will make the perfect amateur mount to go all the way!! Diesel turned 4 on April 28th.

Diesel's sire, Diamond Stud, offers powerful Oldenburg bloodlines. Diamond Stud's phenomenal sire, Diamond Hit, is a Champion many times over, including titles earned at the World Championships for Young Horses and the Bundeschampionat. Diamond Hit is sired by international Grand Prix stallion Don Schufro. Diamond Hit's dam, Elite mare Loretta, is also dam of legendary Sandro Hit as well as the Premium stallion Royal Hit. Diamond Stud's granddam is sired by none other than Rohdiamant, one of the most successful sons of the great Rubinstein I.

Diesel's dam, Joie Grace, is a talented and athletic mare who excels at dressage and eventing. She has a superb canter and her offspring have so far inherited this movement. She was a premium foal and is in the main mare book for the German Oldenburg Verband. Her sire is Freestyle, by Florestan, while her dam, Just Rio, is by the talented Holsteiner stallion Cicero, by Cor de la Bryere. This combination has created super movement athleticism, and trainability for the potential to excel in dressage.
