2000 DeNiro/Rohdiamont Imported Schoolmaster gelding. Dolcino is an engaged, generous, safe, and patient teacher that is ready to impart his experience to help his new owner learn. He has shown through Intermediare 1 (2014). More recently, he has shown PSG (2016) and 4th level (2016/17) with riders that were new to those levels. Dolcino is very calm and confidence-building with a schoolmaster temperment, but can also be easily jazzed up to be fun for a more confident rider as he is sensitive. He is best suited for someone looking to learn the lower levels and potentially earn their bronze medal. Dolcino loves hacking out in the trees or on the roads. He is very easy to manage both on the ground and in the saddle and is a giant love bug that bonds well with his humans. Dolcino is located 80 miles north of Los Angeles, near Ventura/Santa Barbara.
