This sweet boy is looking for his forever partner. He’s only been with me in training for a short time but he’s advanced considerably. He’s smart and sweet, quick to pick up on the rider. The only thing holding him back is proper muscling but he’s been developing that swiftly and is advancing well.
Very nice walk and canter, trot is developing more stretch and lift as his back gets stronger. 2nd level movements, developing 3rd. All lateral work in trot and canter, counter canter, simple changes. Soft mouth and easy to sit. More whoa than go but still willing and happy. Up and down the trails here with horses and alone and he hasn’t looked at anything yet. Traffic doesn’t seem to bother him either.
I think he’d do well in Working Equitation or western dressage as well. I’ve introduced him to some of the obstacles and he’s been a good sport about them.
Would love to see him with an advanced young rider or soft AA on a budget. He has nice solid feet, clips like a gentleman and excellent ground manners.
