17hh 2013 Canadian Warmblood chestnut gelding out of Calypso III mare (Justice) and sired by Donnerbube.
Bred for the hunters (and loves the hunters), but also performs in Dressage, Eventing, and Jumpers. Works well in all disciplines as he is willing to do his work and is the same horse whether he is rode twice a month or 5 days a week. Started jumping when he was 5 years old, in order to give his body/joints time to develop. So far there hasn't been a height he can't jump; currently competes at the Pre-Training level in Eventing, 2nd Level Dressage (schooling 3rd level), 1.0m-1.1m Jumpers, and Modified Hunters (3'3"). He has great potential to go farther in any direction. Flying changes are not automatic as dressage requires counter-canter, however he knows them. He is the type of horse that if you do your part (or just your best), he'll do his and you'll be in the ribbons consistently. Currently ridden as a competitive adult amateur mount but has also packed around some older and younger riders happily. Was used as a lesson horse for a month in California in 2022 and was loved by everyone at the stable. A bit of a puppy dog at times, enjoys affection, grooming and loves to smell dirty wheelbarrows, cats, dogs, and will sniff search for hidden treats.

Donté is used to cross-tying, fly spray, deworming, bathing, clipping, trailering, farrier & vet work, etc. Ready for a competitive home to continue his promising career. $45K CAD OBO for approved home.
