Lovely and accomplished broodmare with classic Dutch and German dressage lines. Dulce is just like her name, the sweetest horse! She has the best temperament and is very easy to breed and is a terrific mother. Even though she has been a brood mare all her life, Dulce was briefly started under saddle in in the summer of 2021 and picked up everything with ease and a super attitude. She is sound, sensible and very easy to handle. She has multiple offspring showing in dressage.
Dulce's sire, Donnatelli, is by the excellent breeding stallion Donnerhall, who combined a sports career at Grand Prix level ridden by Karin Rehbein with a remarkable breeding performance, including more than 40 approved sons. Donatelli’s damsire is the stallion Pik Bube I, also known as a stallion producing dressage horses. Donatelli’s motherline starts with the mare Fusion (v. Frustra II). This line produced also the approved stallions Picard, Dobrock (both at Celle), Daimler, Picadilly (both at Hannover), Grandus (at Zweibrücken) and Lanthanid (in Denmark), as well as the Olympic horse Prestige with Franke Sloothaak. Donatelli had an outstanding 100 day Performance Test at Neustadt-Dosse in 1997. He was “Leistungsklasse I” with a total-score of 121,26 points. For the dressage elements he obtained high marks for walk: 9, trot: 9, canter: 9 and for his character he got a 10!
Dulce's dam Olinalani, (Junior STV x Vosmaer) comes from a line of preferant prestatie mares that have produced top competing Grand Prix horses. Vosmaer himself was just awarded the keur predicate for his performance in sport and his incredible offspring. Junior STV is the name of one of The Netherland’s greatest dressage talents. He is naturally the successor of his father Uniform, the grey stallion of whom countless progeny do very well in dressage competitions. Another top character earning 9's at his inspection. Junior was overall Champion Stallion 1995, 1996 and 1997 in Holland. Anky van Grunsven chose to ride Junior as a young horse and to compete with him in Europe. In the past Junior with Anky won Prix St Georges competition in Mechelen (Belgium) with 70,21%, in Rucphen they won with 72,13% and at Indoor Brabant, Den Bosch they scored 70,21%. Gestion Junior STV made headlines under Dutch prima donna Anky van Grunsven. The pair won the Prix St Georges test at the CDI-W Malines, Belgium.
