Earnest Charm is a big framed colt with a fantastic mind, sweet temperament and easy-going nature, he truly embodies his name. Charming and playful, Earnest is extremely willing and kind for such a talented, athletic young horse. These characteristics have been observed by all those who meet him, and have even earned him discounts with both the vet and farrier.

Earnest is by Ehrentanz KD *Pb*, out of California Girl. He has excellent conformation including correct legs, good overall balance, with lovely gaits and suspension. At 9 months Earnest is already over 14.2 hands, expected to mature 16.2++. He clips, leads, loads, stands grooming, and is a vet and farrier favorite. Microchipped, current coggins available, UTD on vaccinations and ready to start the next chapter of his life.

We cannot say enough about this colt's willing attitude and sensible personality! He is sweet, quiet, and tries very hard to please. He is already extremely trainable, and always cooperates for photos, no matter what accessories he is dressed in (Santa hat, scarves, New Year’s accessories, the cat, etc.).

While young, Earnest’s sire is amassing excellent show results in both the jumper ring and the dressage ring. Earnest's dam, who scored 100 at her ISR-Oldenburg Inspection, has shown incredible aptitude for dressage her whole life, and most recently has gone Cross Country schooling for the first time—while the activities have been different, her willingness, kind and forgiving attitude, and fantastic athleticism have remained consistent.
