Ebony is a 5-year-old, 15.3-hand Friesian cross mare with a solid build. She is well-exposed and has received extensive training for her age, including working cattle, overnight pack trips, bridleless jumping, eventing, and participation in horse expos, jumper shows, dressage schooling shows, clinics, beach rides, hunter paces, and fox hunts. She is intelligent, quick to learn, and knows tricks such as the Spanish walk and laying down on command.

Ebony has three quality gaits and is an eye-catching presence wherever she goes. She is a comfortable, responsive ride with a more mild temperament, tending toward the "whoa" rather than "go" side (when in consistent work).

Suitability: Ebony is best suited for an intermediate to advanced rider looking for a horse that thrives with regular work. She was originally purchased for a 10-year-old beginner but is not the right fit. She also would not be ideal for a rider seeking a low-maintenance mount, as she benefits from consistent engagement and direction.

Health & Maintenance: Ebony is sound, healthy, and up to date on all care. She has previously been barefoot and passed a pre-purchase exam at the time of purchase. Additional PPEs are welcome at the buyer’s expense.
