Electra NSN is solid black except for a small patch of white at the back of one hind pastern. This bold mare is conformationally correct with excellent feet, sociable personality, and a high degree of rideability. She has a quick and powerful hindleg with good articulation of the hock, a sloping shoulder allowing for good reach in the foreleg, and a great ability to "sit" back on her hindquarters. All gaits are very correct Electra has a powerful canter with good jump and super trot with very good self-carriage. Transitions are naturally uphill. Currently 16hh, Electra should mature around 16.1hh. Electra passed her KWPN PROK exam in June 2013, which is the same exam as for KWPN Approved stallions. Radiographs from this exam are available for the serious buyer. At her KWPN-NA inspection, Electra received a very favourable 70% for conformation, and won her DG Bar Cup class with a 72.5%. She is eligible for Ster predicate with successful completion of her IBOP or Sport requirements.

Electra has been properly started and shows much talent for dressage. Only started under saddle in June 2012, she took to the contact like a duck to water. She is forward with excellent rhythm and fluid movement. By August, after only being ridden a few days each week, she had competed in her first show, at Training Level dressage. She handily won all four classes with a high score of 70%, was overall show Champion, with very good remarks from the senior Equine Canada judge. At her second show, Electra was Training level Champion, with scores of 68.04%, 70.71%, 73.21%, and 74%. The judge complimented her excellent basics.

Electra's sire, Soprano (Sandro Hit x Contender) has had three offspring qualify and compete for Denmark at the World Championships for Young Horses. He produced the highest scoring mare at the World Championships in 2010. This year, Soprano has one offspring in Denmark who made it to the qualifying finals for the 2012 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses. He also has a young offspring who went to the Swedish National Championships. Currently, Soprano has four offspring competing and placing in the upper levels in Europe.

Electra's dam, Rhumba ster, by Idocus crown out of Never Say Never keur preferant, has already produced a Ster and Elite offspring. Electra will be presented this year to the KWPN-NA for studbook inspection. She had the winter off, and resumed her under saddle training in May 2013.
