Below you will find a video journey of Electric Zeus’ life of 9 months ( From September 2024 til April 2025). He was born June 22, 2024.
He is a beautiful colt and has very good conformation. He still has his scruffy winter coat just coming into spring here in Connecticut. He just had a growth spurt and is very “butt high”.Dont let his winter coat fool you! He has 3 exceptional gaits, beautiful markings,gorgeous head and neck. His gaits are forward, ground covering and uphill. He has a very very actice hind leg and he will stretch so that power comes through the back. He is easy to work with. Never has had any health or lameness issues. Gets along with other horses well. He leads easily. He has no quirks. And he loves water. In the videos you can see him with his half older brother Thriller ( Total Hope/Hohenstein )
Also making video appearance is Pinto 3 year old filly Spirit Guide, 3 year old bay filly Fuse Ignited, and 5 year old Kostolanys Kween- a half sister to the 2 boys.
He is fully weaned and can be turned out with anyone as you see in the video. He is ready to go to his new home and begin forming a bond with his human.

Elastic -Bronze at the World Championship final for four-year-old dressage horses

“A really very talented and extremely elastic stallion,” was how the jury summed up their impressions of the four-year-old final at the World Breeding Dressage Championships, with which Elastic once again lived up to his name under Maxi Kira von Platen. An 8.8 was awarded for the light-footed trot with plenty of over-stride, an 8.0 for the walk performed in a very clear rhythm, an 8.4 for the very powerful canter and an 8.5 each for the very good scope and perspective, which meant a final score of 84.40 percent and third place. Elastic thus continued his successes as a three-year-old, which included winning gold at the Westphalian Championships and then silver at the Bundeschampionat with a score of 9.0.

Elastic’s first foals were convincing across the board and were accordingly sought after by the talent scouts.
His sire Escolar is one of the most established sires of all and revived the almost forgotten but extremely valuable E-blood of his ancestors Ehrensold and Ehrentusch worldwide. Under riding master Hubertus Schmidt, Escolar was a member of the German Olympic squad and placed several times at German championships. He was national riding horse champion as a three and four-year-old and came second in the final of the Nuremberg Burg Cup as an eight-year-old. More than 40 sons have been licensed, including our dressage horse World Championship silver and bronze winner and Burg Pokal finalist Escamillo. His successful offspring include the double European Youth Champion Espe under Annabella Pidgley/GBR, the Bundeschampion and World Breeding Dressage Horse Championship bronze medallist Eternity and the European Youth Team Champion ZINQ Emma FH/Lana-Pinou Baumgürtel.

Zeus’ dam, Kween Bee, imported from Germany, was very successful in competition as well with multiple wins and year end Championships in the 3 year old material as well as the FEI 4 year old classes. She was Reserve Champion at her Mare inspection and top 5 in the USA mare of her Westfalen mare inspection. She comes from the very famous Kassandra bloodline. As a foal she was Champion of the inspection of over one hundred foals and received a special award as she won the inspection tour in Germany. Kween bee was Reserve High Score Trakehner Mare at her inspection. It was a 6 1/2 hour ride, and she still recieved a 9 for her trot!, Kween Bee did her foal inspection for Trakehner at Gestut Gorlo in Melle Germany. Kween Bee recieved top most marks and showed her excellent basic paces. The full sister the the Marbacher Landbeschaler, Kronprinz ( now deceased ) persuaded the judges by the steadily high quality in all judgement criteria. Dr. Peter Richterich commented " A quite modern foal of an extremely high quality"

At the end of the season, the breeders Erica and Bernd Berge recieved a message and a gift from the president to the Trakehner in Westfalia. Kween Bee Won the Best of all the foals!! The ranking list included about 150 Trakehner foals!

The black stallion is owned by Arja van der Laarse from the Netherlands. He was sold after his stallion approval via the Elite Auction at Klosterhof Medingen. He is the sire of the outstanding stallions Titulus, Insterpark, and Redecker.

This is Landgestut Marbach's 5 year old License Trakehner stallion KRONPRINZ. He is FULL BROTHER to KWEEN BEE. Both were bred by Bernd and Erica Berge. Kronprinz was trained by Irina Oberthur and selected to compete at the 2010 Bundeschampionate.
