Ellosette - 2009 KWPN filly by Sagnol. Ella is a dark bay (may go Grey) with four stockings and a large star. She is very elegant with exceptional movement (walk/trot and canter), lovely conformation, good length of leg, and a great, well rounded dressage pedigree. Ella's sire Sagnol is being campaigned by two time Canadian Olympic rider Leslie Reid, and the pair are showing at the PSG/I1 level. Sagnol is a proven stallion, with young offspring doing well under saddle and foals capturing premimum awards and winning foal competitions across Canada. Sagnol is by the world famous Sandro Hit, the highest indexed stallion in Germany at 153. His offspring are doing well in the grand prix ring, he has many approved sons with various registries and his offspring are commanding the attention of the dressage world. On the dam side, Sagnol offers a famous, well respected dam line and a dam directly by Landadel who has also left his mark on the warmblood world.
On the bottom side, Ella's dam Kosette is a proven performance and producing mare. She obtained solid 4th level dressage performance, and had the ability to perform beyond that level. She has produced three lovely foals to date that have won KWPN inspections, and done well in foal competitions across Alberta. Kosette is by world renowned KWPN stallion Uniform, whose breeding index (after death) is still high in Europe. Uniform offspring are well proven in the dressage ring! Her dam, PS Salique is by 100 day tested Westfalen stallion Pacific Sunset by Polydor.
This filly will be an amazing dressage prospect for the professional or amateur rider, with the promise of movement suitable for the upper levels already.
