Elvis is a very interesting and serious jumper prospect. He just turned 5, is grey and he should finish around 16.2 He is a late developing youngster so we just started working him and he is now ready to move on to more serious work under saddle. He is very athletic with a big elastic and adjustable canter stride. He has a very good instinct over jumps demonstrated by his quick reflex and natural carefulness plus plenty of scope. He also has a very good trot so he could be an interesting eventing prospect too. His father is the KWPN Grand Prix Jumper Larino, a Concorde (Voltaire) son with a very high jumper index. Larino is by an international jumper father, he is an international jumper himself and he produced many international jumpers. 3 qualities you want in the father of your jumper prospect! The mother is an impressive Irish Sport Horse mare by My Espiritu and out of a mare by Clover Hill and she is a very gifted and athletic jumping mare that produced many high level prospects for us. All jump with amazing scope and all are surprisingly carefull from day one. My Espiritu was a great eventing stallion at advanced level who qualified for the Olympics. Both those Irish lines are found in the pedigree of a number of great eventing and jumping horse. Elvis inherited the strengths of both the KWPN and Irish lines as well as those from jumping and eventing lines. He will make a great horse for a serious rider willing to push to a high level in jumping. He is ready for his new rider and predestined career. The potential is there but all is still to be developed and for that reason, he is now offered for sale at a very reasonable price until he is confirmed under saddle and price will increase with training. Never had any health issues.
