Emma Lou is a 2014, 14.1 hand, sport pony mare. She has three wonderful gaits and is proving to excel in dressage. Emma is schooling second level and was ready to compete at first level before COVID caused the cancellation of shows. She did a number of schooling shows in 2019 and also won both her training level classes at a recognized show with her older adult amateur owner. Emma is best suited for a competent, intermediate rider who likes a forward ride. She is straight forward and uncomplicated in the contact, and enjoys cross training over cavalettis as well. Emma would be a great candidate for someone wanting to compete in the National Dressage Pony Cup and she has the movement and brain to continue to move up the levels. She is very sweet, has a big personality, and really enjoys attention. She hauls, bathes, and is good for the farrier. She has excellent feet and is currently barefoot.
