Federal Force AV makes you look twice. It's hard to walk past this horse without falling in love with him. He is well built with great muscling, and bone. He has a very correct front end with large round hooves, a lovely kind face attached to a well framed neck and body. He moves with the freedom and style you would expect from a Fabuleux son.

His dam was an excellent producer. Her offspring have been successful in both the dressage and jumper rings. Her daughter Cantina AV has been bringing home consitent scores in the 70's in dressage as well as winning the majority of her competitions this year in entry and pre-training levels in eventing as a 4 yr old. Her other daughter Zsa Zsa, is in the very capable hands of Jacques St. Pierre who is on the US dressage team.

Finn has been through the free jump chute with excellent results, he showed stellar technique with excellent use of his back and legs, exactly what you would hope to find in top Hunter prospect. (see video posted)

His trot and canter are large, loose and easy to work with. He has a beautiful trot with huge reach, and just enough flick of the toe to make you take notice.

He is currently schooling undersaddle and over fences. He has been very well started is light in the bridle and responsive off the leg and seat. His lead changes are almost auto both ways, and quick and clean. He has clean, smooth transitions, and continues to carry himself in a well balanced manner. He has been schooling over small courses, he easily lopes down the lines and is must be eased up slightly as he eats up the lines. He is very very tidy and consistent with his knees and regularly pulls them very tight up to his chin as per the photo, that was not just a one time deal. He is truly a hunter with extreme potential as an amateur horse.

He has a very laid back approach to work and would much rather have to be pushed on then pulled back. This horse has the potential to be extremely competitive in the A ring in the 4' hunters. He could also be a great dressage horse, it would just be a shame to waste his stunning jump.

He will continue to show and and improve upon his skills in the hunter ring. His price will continue to rise as he gains more experience.
