Finessa is a lovely 2010 bay registered and branded KWPN Ster Mare. She has three correct, fluid gaits and a kind, willing character. Her legs are straight and clean and she has excellent quality feet, currently schooling 4th Level barefoot. She has a large effortless walk, an active stylish trot and a ground covering uphill canter. She has a lovely neck connection, a powerful body and correct angles. She is schooling all Third Level and most Fourth Level movements and shows true talent for collection. She has started tempi changes and half steps in hand and is quick to learn. She has an easy clean change and is extremely safe for a Jr or AdAm. She tries very hard for her rider. She is also a successful proven fertile broodmare, producing one foal, a lovely dressage horse by Freestyle when young.

Her sire Idocus (Equador x Zonneglans) needs no introduction to NA dressage fans. This powerful, one of a kind stallion shot to international dressage stardom with US rider Courtney King Dye. He had a very successful International Dressage career, representing The Netherlands in the 2004 Olympic Games with Marlies van Baalen and representing the USA at the World in Cup Las Vegas and the World Equestrian Games in Aachen with Courtney King Dye. Idocus was renowned for his ability to collect for high quality canter pirouettes, piaffe and passage work. His exemplary temperament allowed him balance a breeding career while remaining a rideable, calm Grand Prix stallion.

Her imported dam Adessa Keur Preferant (Koss x Ahoy) is equally talented and comes from an extremely successful and proven dam line. Adessa carries interesting and influential Gelderlander blood from her sire Koss who has also produced the Dutch licensed stallions Parcival and Alexandro P along with multiple Advanced Level offspring.

She is extremely healthy with clean, tight, unblemished legs and amazing feet. She has never had any joint injections or lameness maintenance performed. She sells with open vet records and has no history of colics, lameness, illness or allergies.
