Fiona is a talented, classy, young mare for Dressage! She is very well bred and is a special combination of talent and brains!
She is schooling First Level solidly, approaching Second, and has a green lead change.
** Please know in watching her video that these lead changes are the 3rd set of lead changes she has ever performed under tack in each direction, and that I have merely shown her the concept- she is not collected whatsoever, and these efforts do not represent where her changes will ultimately be, simply where they are in 3 days of introduction to them.
Not mareish, the right level of sensitivity for an upper level career, not spooky, very rational, and easy to ride. She is light in the hand, supple, concentrates very well, and has been to two schooling shows (at a rated USDF venue) where she performed in a lot of atmosphere with total aplomb. She won her mot recent class on a 70.3% in First Level Test 2. Test is in videos below
She is comfortable to sit, rides in the field alone, will be terrific on trails with practice, and could learn to jump if someone desires.
She has impeccable manners, loads and ships well, and is, in general, a barn favorite!
Suitable for ambitious YR/Jr/AA/Pro or a less ambitious rider with a supportive trainer who wants a kind, quality partner.
