Freya is a 6 year old Registered Georgian Grande (3/4 Friesian, 1/4 Saddlebred) mare. She stands at 16 hands and is substantially built. She is lifetime USEF registered as well and eligible for registry with Friesian Heritage Horse.
Freya has a solid foundation and is an absolute dream to work with. Wonderful ground manners. She has lots of trail riding experience and really enjoys hacking out alone or in a group. She is incredibly sensible and the kind of horse that you can build your confidence on. She would be an ideal family horse. She is safe for beginner riders to enjoy and fancy enough to do well in the show ring. She would be suitable for Dressage, Working Equitation, Western Dressage, Competitive Trail, and much more. She has not had an extensive show career but she has gone on many excursions to local venues for exposure and she is the same horse on and off the property. She loves attention and will stand happily still for anyone to groom her and love on her. If you are looking for that special horse to show, trail ride, enjoy and try new things she is your girl. Not much fazes her and she is so patient with her person. She is an easy keeper and is currently barefoot. She can live outside or be stabled. She does not have any bad vices and gets along well with other horses geldings or mares. She was purchased as a weanling and has been with the same owner her whole life. Unfortunately life circumstances have lead to her sale and while she will be greatly missed by her owners she is ready to find her new person to love and enjoy her. She is UTD on shots and coggins.
