Geisha Normandy is without a doubt a show ring superstar in the making, already exhibiting outstanding potential in the jump chute.
This tall lady is already under saddle. She walks, trots and canters, jumps xrails and small verticals. She is smart, careful and well balanced. She is confident and courageous: there is not one spooky bone in her body.
Geisha has a to die for pedigree with perfect sire and dam lines. Her sire is the famous “leading sire” Diamant de Semilly, sire of countless horses competing at the highest level. After having been 2 years in a row World best sire (WBFSH ranking) of show jumpers, Diamant is currently the second best sire in the world.
Her Dam sire is another show jumping legend: Kannan who has been in the WBFSH top twelve sire since 2010 (#1 in 2014 then #2, three years in a row). Kannan has more than 550 offspring competing in GPs.
Her dam is the latest New Normandy Farm champion Domino Normandy (Kannan x Calato Z) who is very successfully competing at 1.30m (4’3”). She has a stellar show record; she was USHJA Zone 2 reserve champion as a 5YO and again as a 6YO, one of the most competitive zone in the USA.
In the jump chute, Geisha is very game. She is a fast learner, careful and scopey.
On the ground, Geisha loves attention and is well mannered. She has been well handled since birth and is very people oriented.
With her beautiful movement, sweet temperament and good conformation she has the potential to excel in any sphere, but her pedigree guarantees success in the jumper ring. Geisha is free from ocd (xrays on file).
